Fees that follow the state of the extract

Prices below are starting points excluding VAT. A sample week decides whether the file can be used at that figure or whether reconstruction must come first.

Route Profitability Review

From £4,800

One corridor, twelve to twenty-four months, pack and ninety-minute briefing. A second direction on the same pair is usually an add-on, not a second full fee. Extra fare-class mapping after a poor first extract is billed from the reconstruction rate.

Booking Behaviour Study

From £3,200

One product family, one named season. Abandoned-basket logs, if they can be joined, sit inside this fee; a separate website review does not.

Seasonal Calendar Reading

From £2,400

One year, one corridor or tour series, with a quiet prior-year comparison if you hold it. Event lists you already keep are more valuable than extra months of noisy totals.

Connecting Traffic Assessment

From £3,600

One hub or one timed connection. Two hubs are two assessments. If the files share no ticket key, we still quote — for a ceiling of possible connections, not a false count.

Extract Reconstruction

From £1,800

Codebook, exceptions log, and a file you can hand to a later review. Part of this fee is often credited if a Route Profitability Review on the same corridor follows within three months.

What moves a quote

Months of history, number of channels, whether staff and refunds are flagged, and whether notes must be sampled on high-load days. Overnight and daytime mixed in one total without departure hour will narrow what we can say, not inflate the fee for theatre.

What we do not sell

There is no monthly screen, no annual seat, and no three-name ladder of packages. Deposits are set in the confirmation letter, typically one-third to hold a start week. Travel to your office, if requested, is itemised separately.
