Refunds

Eligibility

Fees are for professional time on a named extract. A refund is due only in the cases below, or where United Kingdom law requires it. Browsing this website is free and is not refundable because nothing was charged.

Timeframe for asking

Write to hello@systemcraftpoint.click within fourteen days of the event you rely on (for example a cancelled start week, a briefing we failed to attend, or a pack that never arrived). Include the confirmation date and the corridor name.

Full refund

If we have not opened your extract and we cancel the start week, the deposit and any further sums paid are returned in full. If you cancel in writing more than ten working days before the agreed start week, and we have not begun reconstruction, the deposit is returned in full.

Partial refund

If you cancel after we have begun mapping columns or sampling notes, we retain a reasonable portion for time already spent and return the remainder. If a briefing is unused because your attendees do not attend, the written pack remains payable; the unused live hour is not refunded, but we will offer one rearranged slot within twenty-eight days.

Non-refundable items

Third-party travel we have already bought at your request to attend your office. Time already spent on extract reconstruction once a codebook draft has been sent. A completed pack after the freeze date, unless the pack is not the corridor named in the confirmation letter.

Process

We confirm what we hold, what work has started, and the proposed refund sum. Payment returns by the same method you used, typically within fourteen working days of agreement. Bank timelines after that are outside our room.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may ask to move a start week once without a fee if we have not opened the full extract. Later moves may be treated as cancellation of the original slot. We may reschedule a briefing if illness or weather closes Tillypronie; we will not treat that as a no-show on your side.

Deposits

A deposit, usually one-third, holds a start week. It is applied to the fee on completion. It is refundable only as described above.

No-shows

If nobody from your side joins the briefing and you have not written to postpone, the briefing fee in the confirmation letter remains due. The pack is still delivered.

Work already started

Opening the extract, writing a codebook, or drafting figures counts as started work. Stopping at that point does not unwind the hours.

Materials

We do not buy printed brochures or vehicle parts on your behalf. Any printing you do of the PDF pack is yours to arrange and is not refunded by us.

Exceptions

If we cannot complete a study because the extract is unlawful to hold, we stop and refund sums for work not performed. If you withdraw permission to use the file, we stop; hours already worked remain payable. Statutory consumer cooling-off rights, where they apply to a private individual, are not displaced by this page.
