Terms

These terms govern use of this website and, where a confirmation letter is issued, the commissioned study named in that letter. Last updated 19 August 2026.

Who we are

Systemcraftpoint publishes this site and, when instructed, prepares written readings of travel booking extracts and related briefings. Correspondence: 56 Brackley Road, Tillypronie, AB34 0BT, United Kingdom. Email: hello@systemcraftpoint.click. Telephone: 07969302169.

Acceptance

By using the site you agree to these terms. A study does not start until we accept a written request and you receive a confirmation that names the corridor or product, the fee, the deposit, and the extract we expect. Browsing the journal is not a commission.

Website material

Pages describe our working habits and typical fees. They are not a tender, a timetable, or advice on a corridor we have not seen. Examples in the journal are illustrative; they are not findings about your operation unless a pack says so.

Commissions

You warrant that you have the right to send the extract and that it does not include more personal data than needed for the study. You remain responsible for decisions about fares, diagrams, withdrawals, and communications with authorities. Our pack is a commercial reading of the file, not a legal opinion, valuation, or audit.

Intellectual property

The website design, wording, and journal notes belong to Systemcraftpoint. You may not copy them as your own brochure. Upon full payment, you may use the pack internally and share it with a named authority or contractor who needs it for the corridor discussed. You may not resell the pack or present it as a general product for other routes without a new commission. Working files we create stay with us unless the confirmation letter says otherwise; your original extract remains yours.

Liability

We take reasonable care with reconstruction and figures. We do not accept liability for loss of profit, loss of a franchise, or operational disruption arising from decisions you take after a briefing. Our aggregate liability for a paid study is limited to the fees paid for that study, except where the law of the United Kingdom does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud). The site is provided without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted.

Third-party sites

Links to other sites, including image hosts, are provided for convenience. Their terms apply to those destinations.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from the site or a commission are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and the courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer if you instruct us as a private individual rather than a business.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Commissions already confirmed remain under the letter you received unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
